- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo de fecha 8 de noviembre de 1993, proferido por el Juzgado 25 Penal Municipal de Santafé de Bogotá, por las razones expuestas en la presente providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que se compulsen copias de todo lo actuado al Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, con el fin de que se investigue disciplinariamente a los abogados Gustavo Coronado Pinto y Marcos Bolívar Pintor, de acuerdo con lo expuesto en la parte motiva del presente fallo.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que se compulsen copias de todo lo actuado a la Fiscalía General de la Nación, con el fin de que se investigue al señor Camilo Quiñonez Quiñonez, por la presunta comisión de los delitos de fraude procesal y falso testimonio, de acuerdo con lo expuesto en la parte motiva del presente fallo.
