PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del Juzgado 22 Penal del Circuito de Cali del 1º de diciembre de 1993, la cual a su vez confirmó el fallo de primera instancia denegatorio de la tutela, proferido por el Juzgado 13 Penal Municipal de Cali, con fecha 19 de mayo de 1993, por las razones expuestas en la presente sentencia.
SEGUNDO. Comunicar esta providencia al Juzgado 13 Penal Municipal de Cali para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, a la solicitante, al acusado y al Defensor del Pueblo.
