- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de fecha ocho (8) de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Cartagena. En consecuencia, se concede la tutela solicitada por la señora Carmen Cienfuegos Zúñiga.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Indugraco S.A. que en el término de sesenta (60) días afecte y transfiera al Instituto de los Seguros Sociales los fondos necesarios para que éste último reanude el suministro de las prestaciones a su cargo y en favor de la demandante.
- Tercero. SOLICITAR al Superintendente de Sociedades que vigile el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
- Cuarto. Líbrense, por al Secretaría General de la Corte, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, en la forma y para los efectos allí contemplados.
