- PRIMERO. DECLARAR que existe carencia actual de objeto por presentarse un hecho superado, y por esta única razón CONFIRMAR la sentencia de 3 de agosto de 2007 del Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de Aguachica-Cesar que negó la acción de tutela.
- SEGUNDO. PREVENIR a la E.P.S. SolSalud, Seccional Aguachica-Cesar para que, en adelante se abstenga de incurrir en la conducta que dio origen a esta tutela en orden a garantizar la prestación oportuna y eficiente del servicio de salud.
- TERCERO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
