Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del JUZGADO
OCTAVO. LABORAL DEL CIRCUITO de la ciudad de Medellín, que negó la acción de tutela de la referencia, proferida el 28 de febrero de 2000, y la sentencia de la SALA LABORAL DEL TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR DE MEDELLIN, fechada el 31 de marzo de 2000, que confirmó dicha decisión.
Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho fundamental a la educación del menor SANTIAGO RUIZ AGUDELO, interpuesta por su padre JHON JAIRO RUIZ LOPEZ, y en consecuencia ordenar al rector del COLEGIO MILITAR JOSE MARIA CORDOBA, de la ciudad de Itagüi, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, si aún no lo ha hecho, entregue las certificaciones y notas solicitadas por los padres del menor.
Tercero. ADVERTIR a los padres del menor que la procedencia de esta tutela y la orden que se imparte, no los exime del cumplimiento de las obligaciones económicas que hayan contraído con el colegio, con el que podrán buscar fórmulas de pago, que en un mediano plazo permitan la cancelación de la deuda.
Cuarto. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
