Primero. REVOCAR el fallo del Juzgado Trece Laboral del Circuito de Medellín, proferido el 29 de marzo de 2000 y en consecuencia, CONCEDER la protección que merecen los derechos a la salud, a la integridad personal y a la dignidad humana del señor Jesús Antonio Cañola Rueda.
Segundo. ORDENAR a Coomeva E.P.S. coordinar, en un plazo no mayor de quince (15) días hábiles, contados a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, con el Centro Regulador de Atenciones Electivas, CRAE, que actualmente se denomina Sistema de Información de Salud de Antioquia, SISA, que depende de la Dirección Seccional de Salud de la Gobernación de Antioquia, para que se le realice, si aún no se ha hecho, al señor Jesús Antonio Cañola Rueda la cirugía oftalmológica que requiere .
Tercero. Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
