Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Monteria el veintiseis (26) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
Segundo. ORDENAR al senor Alcalde Municipal -Sacerdote- Luis Alfonso Leon Pereira que, si todavia no lo ha hecho, proceda, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta sentencia, a cancelar las mesadas pensionales atrasadas, correspondientes al ano de 1.996, a los senores Gilberto Ruiz Alvarez, Zoila Contreras Burgos, Nestor Dickson Rivas, Julio Cesar Herrera Torres Y Alberto Buelvas Atencio.
Tercero. Se advierte al Senor Alcalde del Municipio de Monteria, que el incumplimiento de lo ordenado en esta Sentencia se sancionara en la forma prevista en los articulos 52 y 53 del decreto 2591 de 1.991.
Cuarto. LIBRENSE, por Secretaria, las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, en la forma y para los efectos alli contemplados.
