- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el 2 de octubre de 2000 por el Juzgado 43 Civil Municipal de Bogotá, D.C., y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela para la protección de los derechos fundamentales del actor.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Empresa "Acerías Paz del Río S.A." que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, realice todas las gestiones necesarias para proceder a la inmediata cancelación de las mesadas pensionales que se adeudan al señor Vélez Vásquez y para que en adelante cumpla estrictamente con el pago de sus mesadas pensionales.
- Tercero. LÍBRESE por la Secretaría, la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
