- PRIMERO. REVOCAR las sentencias: de primera instancia del Juez 1deg Promiscuo del Circuito de Corozal del 28 de febrero del 2000 y la de segunda instancia de la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Sincelejo del 27 de marzo del 2000, en la accion de tutela instaurada por Alvaro Perez Morales contra la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela por violacion al derecho de peticion, al debido proceso y al acceso a la justicia, y, en consecuencia ORDENAR que dentro del termino de quince dias se resuelva la apelacion interpuesta, si es que aun no ha habido pronunciamiento.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
