PRIMERO. REVOCAR las sentencias objeto de revision y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela porque se ha violado el minimo vital del trabajador y ORDENAR que dentro del termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas se le paguen los salarios debidos al actor para lo cual el liquidador tendra en cuenta el salario que Juan Esteban Alvarez devengaba en el mes de diciembre de 1998 y si lo previene para que en el futuro no vuelva a incurrir en mora.
SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
