- Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida el 26 de febrero de 2001 por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Lorica y confirmar la sentencia proferida el 28 de marzo de 2001 por la Sala de Decisión Civil Familia del Tribunal Superior de Montería.
- Segundo. No tutelar los derechos fundamentales al debido proceso, a la honra, al buen nombre, al mínimo vital, al trabajo y al desempeño de funciones públicas de las actoras Edenia María Puche Carrascal, Lucelis del Socorro Mendoza Vargas, Carmen Lucía Álvarez Pedroza, Josefa Anaya Ballesta y Dannis Esther Negrete Bulasco.
- Tercero. Dése cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
