- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa fe de Bogota, por la cual se denego la tutela solicitada por Pinski & Asociados S.A.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela a la sociedad Pinski & Asociados S.A. por las consideraciones antes expuestas.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR al Superintendente de Sociedades la inmediata remision del expediente al Juez Civil de Circuito de Cali (reparto) para la calificacion de creditos y para la resolucion de objeciones y la graduacion del proceso concordatario de Pinski & Asociados S.A.
