- PRIMERO. REVOCAR, la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Neiva de 26 de mayo de 2004. En consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela al derecho fundamental al mínimo vital de la señora Yuderly Cortinez Vargas.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a SaludCoop E.P.S., Regional Huila que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes, contadas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a pagar la licencia de maternidad a la señora Yuderly Cortinez Vargas.
- TERCERO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
