Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bucaramanga -Sala Civil -, de 27 de agosto de 2001, en cuanto negó la tutela de los derechos fundamentales de Juan Manuel Contreras.
Segundo. CONFIRMAR por las razones consignadas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, el fallo de primera instancia adoptado por el Juzgado
Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Barrancabermeja el 1 de agosto de 2001, mediante el cual se CONCEDIÓ el amparo de los derechos fundamentales de Juan Manuel Contreras, vulnerado por el Instituto de Seguro Social.
Tercero. Líbrense por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
