PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 22 de julio de 2002 por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Santiago de Tolú , y en su lugar denegar el amparo de los derechos invocados por María Angélica Esquivel Lora y José Luis Navarro Morelo, con las consecuencias señaladas en la parte motiva de la presente sentencia.
SEGUNDO. Dejar sin efectos las órdenes de pago ordenadas en la sentencia proferida el 22 de julio de 2002 por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Santiago de Tolú en favor de María Angélica Esquivel Lora y de José Luis Navarro Morelo.
TERCERO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
