- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 26 Civil del Circuito de Bogotá mediante la cual fue confirmada la decisión proferida por el Juzgado 45 Civil Municipal, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela del derecho a la intimidad personal y familiar a la Señora Rosa Miryam Camacho de Pinilla.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al diario "El Espacio" abstenerse de publicar en adelante información que vulnere el derecho a la intimidad de las personas.
- Tercero. CONDENAR en abstracto al diario "El Espacio", por los perjuicios ocasionados a la señora Rosa Miryam Camacho de Pinilla, causados en razón de la publicación, sin su autorización, de fotografías e información sobre la vida privada de su familia, y en particular sobre la muerte de su hijo Carlos Julio Pinilla Camacho.
- Cuarto. CONFIRMAR el numeral
- tercero. de la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 45 Civil Municipal de Bogotá, en la cual se ordenó COMPULSAR copias a la Fiscalía General de la Nación a fin de que se investigue la posible simulación de investidura o cargo en que hayan podido incurrir los señores Félix Goyes y Héctor Veloza Cano.
