- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el veintiocho (28) de enero del presente año por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla -Sala Penal de Decisión-, mediante el cual fue confirmada la decisión del Juzgado Once Penal del Circuito, agencia judicial que dispuso rechazar por improcedente la acción instaurada por la señora MARIA AUXILIADORA MENDEZ DE OÑORO.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Director del diario "EL ESPACIO" abstenerse de publicar en el futuro las fotografías en las que aparece el cadáver de ROBERTO JOSE OÑORO MENDEZ y no continuar especulando sobre las causas de su muerte mientras no sean establecidas por autoridad judicial competente.
- Tercero. LIBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
