- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del 24 de junio de 1994, proferida por el Juzgado Treinta y Seis Penal del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá.
- SEGUNDO. CONFIRMAR los numerales 1, 3, 4, 5 bis y 6 de la sentencia del 9 de mayo de 1994 proferida por el Juzgado Cuarenta y Dos Penal Municipal de Santafé Bogotá, y REVOCAR los numerales 2 y 5 de dicha sentencia.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR al Inspector 18 E Distrital de Policía de la ciudad de Santafé de Bogotá rehacer las actuaciones adelantadas dentro de los procesos que se siguen contra la peticionaria conforme se indica en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- CUARTO. PREVENIR al Inspector 18 E Distrital de Policía de la ciudad de Santafé de Bogotá para que no vuelva a incurrir en los hechos irregulares que dieron lugar a la presente acción de tutela.
- QUINTO. LIBRAR comunicación al Juzgado 42 Penal Municipal de Santafé de Bogotá, para que de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, notifique esta sentencia a las partes y adopten las decisiones necesarias para adecuar su fallo a lo dispuesto por esta Corte.
