Declarar EXEQUIBLES, en los precisos terminos de esta sentencia, los articulos 147, 148, 149, 150, 151, 152, 153, 154, 155, 156, 157 y 158 de la Ley 223 de 1995, salvo la expresion "y responsabilidad politica para el director de la Dian", que aparece en este ultimo articulo, la cual se declara INEXEQUIBLE.
