- RESUELVE:
- Declarar EXEQUIBLE la parte acusada del artículo 289 de la Ley 100 de 1993, que dice: "...y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial el artículo 2º de la Ley 4a. de 1966, el artículo 5º de la Ley 33 de 1985, el parágrafo del artículo 7º de la Ley 71 de 1988, los artículos 260, 268, 269, 270, 271 y 272 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo y demás normas que los modifiquen o adicionen".
