La presente Ley rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, salvaguarda los derechos adquiridos y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarías, en especial el artículos 2º. de la Ley 4º. de 1966, el artículo 5º. de la Ley 33 de 1985, el parágrafo del artículo 7º de la Ley 71 de 1988, los artículos 260, 268, 269, 270, 271 y 272 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo y demás normas que los modifiquen o adicionen.
