Oportunidad para la persecución penal y las indagaciones pertinentes.

Razones por las cuales se impugna como inconstitucional el aparte acusado del articulo 157 de la ley 906 de 2004 no coinciden con lo estipulado en el texto de dicha norma.

Se procedera a dictar un fallo inhibitorio ya que no es menester de esta corporación adelantar una estructuracion oficiosa de los cargos que permita adelantar un juicio de contitucionalidad respecto de la disposicion demandada.
