- Primero. Declárase INEXEQUIBLE el parágrafo del artículo 12 de la Ley 101 de 1993.
- Segundo. Declárase EXEQUIBLE el numeral 3º del artículo 40 de la Ley 101 de 1993, en la parte que dice: "...o las que para tal efecto expida la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República".
- Tercero. Declárase EXEQUIBLE, en el artículo 91 de la Ley 101 de 1993, la inclusión de un representante de la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República en la Comisión Nacional Agropecuaria.
- Cuarto. La presente sentencia, en relación con lo que se declara inexequible, surte efectos únicamente hacia el futuro, según las consideraciones consignadas en la parte motiva.
