- Declarar EXEQUIBLES las expresiones "......de escuelas primarias oficiales" contenida en el articulo 1 de la ley 114 de 1913 y "Que no ha recibido ni recibe actualmente otra pension o recompensa de caracter nacional" contenida en el numeral 3 del articulo 4 del mismo ordenamiento.
