- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- RESUELVE
- Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 20 de la Ley 610 de 2000, bajo el entendido que la reserva a que se refiere debera levantarse tan pronto se practiquen efectivamente las pruebas a que haya lugar y, en todo caso, una vez expire el termino general fijado por la ley para su practica, salvo las expresiones "hasta su culminacion" y "hasta no terminarse el proceso de responsabilidad fiscal", que se declaran INEXEQUIBLES.
