en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
RESUELVE
Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresión acusada del artículo 29 de la Ley 182 de 1995, la cual literalmente dice: "En especial, la Comisión Nacional de Televisión, expedirá regulaciones tendientes a evitar las prácticas monopolísticas o de exclusividad con los derechos de transmisión de eventos de interés para la comunidad y podrá calificarlos como tales, con el fin de que puedan ser transmitidos por todos los operadores del servicio en igualdad de condiciones", en el entendido de que la CNTV en virtud de su competencia, deberá necesariamente definir los eventos de interés para la comunidad de una manera general, impersonal y previa y limitarse de forma cierta y precisa a aquellos, que de manera objetiva, sean manifiestamente relevantes para la comunidad y para la generación de una opinión pública plural.
