- R E S U E L V E :
- Declarar INEXEQUIBLE la frase "Para la primera incorporacion y nombramiento en la planta de personal de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronautica Civil, no se aplicaran los requisitos establecidos en las normas legales y los funcionarios quedaran incorporados directamente en la carrera especial" del tercer inciso del articulo 53 de la Ley 105 de 1993.
