- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 30 de 1992, únicamente en relación con los aspectos formales que se contemplan en esta Sentencia.
- SEGUNDO. ESTESE A LO RESUELTO en la Sentencia No. C-022 del veintisiete (27) de enero de 1994, que declaró exequible, por aspectos formales, el artículo 142 de la Ley 30 de 1992, salvo la expresión "y expida las normas reglamentarias de la presente Ley", la cual fue declarada como inexequible.
