- RESUELVE:
- Es EXEQUIBLE la Ley 18 de 1989, "por medio de la cual se establecen requisitos y condiciones en el desempeno de la divulgacion y prensa de los Ministerios, Departamentos Administrativos, Superintendencias, Establecimientos Publicos y Unidades Administrativas Especiales del orden nacional," en cuanto que se origino, como podia serlo, en la iniciativa de un miembro del Congreso.
