- PRIMERO. ESTESE A LO RESUELTO EN LA SENTENCIA C-592 de diciembre siete (7) de 1992 que declaro exequible el articulo 10 del Decreto 2651 de 1991.
- SEGUNDO. Declarese EXEQUIBLE el aparte del articulo 101 del Codigo de Procedimiento Civil que corresponde al numeral 3o. del paragrago 2o. de la regla 51 del articulo 1o. del Decreto 2282 de 1989, que a la letra dice:
- "Paragrafo 2o.
- 3o. Tanto a la parte como al apoderado que no concurran a la audiencia, o se retiren antes de su finalizacion, se les impondra multa por valor de cinco a diez salarios minimos mensuales, excepto en los casos contemplados en el numeral 1.
