- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. Estese a lo resuelto en la sentencia 74 de 1991 por la cual la Corte Suprema de Justicia declaro exequibles, en lo demandado, los articulos 131, 132 y 133 del Decreto Ley 01 de 1984 (Codigo Contencioso Administrativo), como fueron subrogados por el articulo 2o. del Decreto 597 de 1988, en cuanto su expedicion se ajusto a la Ley de facultades No. 30 de 1987.
- Segundo. Estese a lo resuelto en sentencia C-108 de marzo 10 de 1994 que declaro exequible, en lo demandado, el inciso
- tercero. del articulo 136 del Decreto Ley 01 de l984, como fue subrogado por el articulo 23 del Decreto Extraordinario 2304 de 1989 (Codigo Contencioso Administrativo).
- Tercero. DECLARANSE EXEQUIBLES, en lo demandado, los articulos 131, 132 y 133 del Decreto 01 de 1984, como fueron subrogados por el articulo 2o. del Decreto 597 de 1988 y el inciso
