- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el parágrafo
- segundo. contenido en el artículo 8º del proyecto de ley No. 088 de 1993 del Senado y 206 de 1993 de la Cámara de Representantes, "Por el cual se reorganiza la Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones Caprecom, se transforma su naturaleza jurídica y se dictan otras disposiciones.", únicamente en cuanto a lo concerniente a la objeción formulada.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaría General, devolver al señor Presidente del Congreso de la República el proyecto de ley No. 184 de 1995 del Senado y 018 de 1995, de la Cámara de Representantes, para que proceda a sancionar el proyecto de ley antecitado, según lo expuesto en la parte motiva de esta providencia y en el anterior numeral.
