- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el artículo 440 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, tal como quedó modificado por el numeral 244 del artículo 1°. del Decreto 2282 de 1989.
- SEGUNDO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE las expresiones del artículo 547 del Código del Procedimiento Civil, tal como quedó modificado por el numeral 299 del artículo 1°. del Decreto 2282 de 1989, que dicen: "Prohibiciones. Las contempladas en el artículo 440....".
