Demanda de inconstitucionalidad contra el artículo 21 (parcial) de la Ley 2155 de 2021, por medio de la cual se expide la Ley de inversión social y se dictan otras disposiciones.
Adujo el actor que la prescripción acusada vulnera el artículo 333 de la Constitución Política.
La Sala Plena considero que no era necesario realizar un examen a la aptitud de la demanda, en tanto la disposición cuestionada no está vigente, no produce efectos jurídicos ni tiene la vocación de producirlos, y no se dan las circunstancias excepcionales para revisar el fondo de una disposición así.
Con base en lo anterior se declaró INHIBIDA para emitir pronunciamiento de fondo.
