- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la ley 344 de 1996 y el artículo 30 de la misma, únicamente en relación con los cargos analizados en esta sentencia.
- Segundo. Estarse a lo resuelto en la sentencia C-428/97 sobre la precisión de las facultades extraordinarias.
- TERCERO. Declarar INEXEQUIBLE el decreto 1670 del 27 de junio de 1997, "Por el cual se suprime la Oficina del Comisionado Nacional de la Policía Nacional del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional". La presente decisión rige a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación.
