- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E:
- Declarar EXEQUIBLES, por el cargo analizado -de violacion del articulo 185 superior-, las expresiones "Senadores y Representantes", contenidas en el paragrafo 1o del articulo 7o de la Ley 678 de 2001 "por medio de la cual se reglamenta la determinacion de responsabilidad patrimonial de los agentes del Estado a traves del ejercicio de la accion de repeticion o del llamamiento en garantia con fines de repeticion" en el entendido que dicha accion no cabe para las decisiones amparadas por la inviolabilidad a que se refiere el articulo 185 de la Constitucion Politica.
