Se rechazó la petición formulada por la ciudadana de la referencia, mediante el cual solicitó se adicione y aclare la Sentencia C-501/01, por considerar que esta Corporación no tuvo en cuenta los argumentos de inconstitucionalidad que, con relación al Art. 111 de la Ley 510 de 1999, planteó en el escrito que presentó.
Por lo anterior, no se advierte ninguna violación del debido proceso ni denegación de justicia por el hecho de que en la sentencia no se haya hecho un pronunciamiento concreto sobre los cargos formulados por la interviniente.
En consecuencia, la Corte argumentó que no tiene competencia para proferir nuevas decisiones sobre asuntos ya fallados, ni para adicionar las sentencias ya dictadas, como tampoco para aclarar sus fallos, los cuales son de obligatorio cumplimiento.
