- Primero. REVOCAR, el fallo proferido por el Juez
- Séptimo. Penal Municipal de Cartagena de Indias, el día 30 de diciembre de 1999, a través del cual denegó la acción de tutela de la referencia, y en su lugar, ORDENAR la inmediata adopción de las medidas pertinentes para el reintegro, en calidad de alumno, del señor JHON ALEXIS GOMEZ MONCADA, a la ESCUELA NAVAL "ALMIRANTE PADILLA", las cuales deberán producirse en un término no mayor de quince (15) días, contados a partir de la fecha de notificación de la presente providencia.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
