- R E S U E L V E
- Primero. REVOCAR, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, la Sentencia dictada el 25 de marzo de 1999 por la Sección Quinta de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del h. Consejo de Estado, mediante la cual se rechazó la tutela de la referencia y, en su lugar, CONFIRMAR el fallo del 12 de febrero de 1999, dictado por el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, mediante la cual se denegó el amparo solicitado.
- Segundo. Por la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
