Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Medellín. En su lugar, TUTELAR el derecho fundamental al trabajo.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Alcalde del Municipio de Yolombó, que dentro sus competencias constitucionales y legales, se asegure de que las personas que administran el Centro de Bienestar del Anciano "San Lorenzo", cancelen en un plazo máximo de treinta (30) días, contados a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, los sueldos adeudados a las señoras Nelly Gaviria Querubín, Nohemy Aguirre Valencia y María Elsy Ruíz Londoño, tan pronto el flujo de caja lo permita. Si este fuere insuficiente, dispondrán del término ya señalado para iniciar las gestiones tendientes a obtener los recursos necesarios para el pago efectivo y completo de lo ordenado.
Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
