- Primero. REVOCAR el numeral
- segundo. (2o) de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de Envigado (Antioquia) el 20 de marzo de 2001, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia. En consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela instaurada por Personero Municipal de Envigado (Antioquia) Oscar Vásquez Mejía, en representación del señor Francisco Emilio Vélez Gil, respecto del medicamento requerido por el actor.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la E.P.S. Seguro Social Seccional Antioquia que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia y si aún no lo ha hecho, suministre al señor Francisco Emilio Vélez Gil el medicamento denominado "Terazosin 5 mg (HYTRIN) tabletas" ordenado por el médico tratante.
- Tercero. SEÑALAR que a la E.P.S. Seguro Social Seccional Antioquia, le asiste el derecho de reclamar al FOSYGA los gastos asumidos en el suministro del medicamento "Terazosin 5 mg (HYTRIN) tabletas".
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
