Primero. Confirmar el fallo proferido en el asunto de la referencia por el Juez
Tercero. Penal del Circuito de Tunja, de fecha 8 de febrero del 2000, que negó la acción de tutela a los derechos fundamentales de la dignidad, intimidad personal y familiar y a la honra de la accionante Gladys Josefina Puerto Estupiñán contra la Asociación Bancaria - Cifin - Datacrédito. No obstante lo anterior, es necesario advertir a la referida entidad que el dato negativo debe eliminarse del banco de datos el 17 de julio del año 2000 y no el 6 de diciembre del mismo año.
Segundo. Librar, por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí previstos.
