- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Octavo. Penal del Circuito de Barranquilla, mediante el cual negó la tutela solicitada.
- Segundo. Con el fin de proteger el derecho a la intimidad del demandante, su nombre no podrá ser divulgado.
- Tercero. Remítase copia del expediente a la Fiscalía General de la Nación, para lo de su competencia.
- Cuarto. DAR cumplimiento a lo estatuido por el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
