Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Administrativo de Bolivar, el 2 de mayo de 2001. En su lugar, CONCEDER la proteccion solicitada por el senor Adolfo Sanchez Estrada.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la E.P.S. de SaludCoop que en el termino de quince (15) dias siguientes a la notificacion de la presente providencia, autorice y practique la cirugia recomendada por el medico tratante, si aun no le hubiere sido practicada, cubriendo su costo total, sin exigir porcentaje al senor Adolfo Sanchez Estrada.
Tercero. SENALAR que a SaludCoop E.P.S., le asiste el derecho a repetir por una suma proporcional entre el valor que esta pague en cumplimiento de la orden emitida en este fallo y el valor que deberia pagar atendiendo el monto de los aportes realizados por el actor, que se debera reconocer dentro de los treinta (30) dias siguientes a aquel en que se presente la cuenta de cobro respectiva por parte de SaludCoop E.P.S.
Cuarto. Por Secretaria General, librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
