- Séptimo. Penal del Circuito de Manizales en tanto amparó los derechos fundamentales del señor Ángel Custodio Ramírez Garzón. ANÚLASE todo lo actuado durante la etapa del juicio dentro de la causa 6668 seguida en contra de Ángel Custodio Ramírez Garzón como presunto responsable de la muerte del señor Guillermo López Cárdenas y SÚRTASE de nuevo juicio criminal sometido a las garantías constitucionales y legales del debido proceso.
