- Primero. REVOCAR la decisión de el Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia proferida el 12 de enero del 2000, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela por las razones expuestas en este fallo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que los Seguros Sociales le den el tratamiento que señale el médico tratante al señor Alvaristo Howard Bernard pudiendo repetir contra el FOSIGA.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
