PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR los fallos proferidos por el Juzgado
Segundo. de Ejecucion de Penas y Medidas de Seguridad de Valledupar y la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de la misma ciudad, los cuales negaron la accion de tutela impetrada por Denis Lucila Flores Calderon, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
SEGUNDO. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
