- Primero. CONFIRMAR los fallos objeto de revisión, adoptados por el Juzgado Dieciséis Penal del Circuito de Bogotá el 18 de octubre de 2000, y por la Sala de Decisión Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá el 11 de diciembre del mismo año, mediante los cuales negaron la tutela impetrada por el ciudadano Gabriel Gutiérrez Macías contra el Departamento Administrativo del Talento Humano de la Gobernación de Cundinamarca.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se dé cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
