- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por la Sala Civil Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Popayan, el dia 30 de julio de 1998, y en su lugar RECHAZAR por improcedentes las demandas de tutela promovidas por los demandantes en los procesos de la referencia.
- Segundo. LIBRENSE por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines alli establecidos.
