- Quinto. Civil Municipal y
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Palmira, del 16 de julio y 12 de agosto de 1996, respectivamente, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela instaurada por ABELARDO PORRAS contra Freddy Herrera, Delegado para la Protección y Vigilancia del Medio Ambiente y el Espacio Público, y contra los particulares Carlos Alberto Perea, Adiela y Constanza Carvajal y, en consecuencia, no conceder el amparo impetrado.
- Segundo. REMITASE copia del expediente y del presente fallo al Alcalde Municipal de Palmira, para que, en el ámbito de su competencia, adopte las medidas a que hubiere lugar como primera autoridad de Policía del Municipio (artículo 315, numeral 2, C.P.)
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
